Layla was born and raised in the Central Valley where she earned her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance. She started on her path in the manufacturing industry where she was quickly promoted to Operations Manager because of her focus on increasing efficiency of time, resources, and money. Realizing that this was her expertise, Layla left the manufacturing industry and began software consulting and is proud that her first employer on her new path used both Sage and JobOps. The outside consultants she worked with noticed her talent and hired her onto their team at Integrated Advantage, which Walpole later acquired and remains extremely happy to have Layla. She loves exploring the wilderness with her family and any chance they have to be around water. She’s happy to live in an area where there is easy access to these things located not too far away. Layla also avidly watches basketball and is a diehard Sacramento Kings fan.
