How do I know if Sage products are right for me?

As the first step in every engagement, we take the time to thoroughly understand your company’s business objectives and goals. ONLY when this step is complete can we adequately help you select the proper business management software.

Can you take my current data and transfer it to your products?

We understand the importance of analyzing and referencing your historical accounting data. We have helped over 100 businesses with converting data from a variety of systems into Sage MAS90, MAS200, and MAS500. Most data can be imported to save you time in re-keying, and several tools are available to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

What Geographic regions do you service?

Located in northern Santa Barbara, we are in the epicenter to the tri-counties. We support over 140 clients on the central coast, from as far north as Paso Robles down to Camarillo and on out to Bakersfield.

How does your support work if I have a problem?

With the advances in technology the past few years – remote support has become much more prevalent in today’s rapidly changing workplace. We have several analysts that are Sage Certified Consultants – to ensure you get the best support in a timely manner. Most technical and ongoing support can be done over the internet – with the exception of upgrades, new implementations, and most installation of new software. Our support desk is open from 8:30 to 5:30pm M-F and we have plans available for 24 hr support if you require this service.

What types of training do you provide?

We provide you with the opportunity to take advantage of our classroom training facility for Hands-On training at our Goleta location. For upgrades and implementations we also offer the option of on-site training, customized for your company’s needs.

How long has Walpole been in business?

Walpole opened its doors in 1974, offering traditional accounting functions such as tax preparation, payroll, audits, bookkeeping and financial statements. In the late 1980’s our clients relied on us for guidance taking their accounting from paper to the P.C. Today we’ve installed more than 140 ERP systems and our customers are getting a lot more from us today than they did over 30 years ago.

Available to meet your non-technical needs, you will have an account manager who can serve as your internal advocate. Leave it to us to be proactive with scheduling upgrades, relaying product information updates, industry news, and organizing client events. We are here to serve you and ensure your needs are being met.

Do you offer Peachtree or QuickBooks support?

We have over 10 staff members who work with both QuickBooks and Peachtree. Call an associate today for immediate assistance!

Do you offer network support?

We are not a network hardware support firm but we work with many great teams in the Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, SLO, and Bakersfield locations. Call us today for a recommendation – better safe than sorry!
